"Horses For Health"

​

Funded by the Mental Health and Wellbeing Community Investment Fund.​

​

Open to any adults age 18+ who are living in Lincolnshire and struggling with their mental health.

​

​Aims to improve mental and physical wellbeing through 1:1 sessions of Equine Assisted Psychological Therapy and/or Therapeutic Riding

​

May take place with either qualified or student counsellors.

​

Offers complete flexibility, attend regularly or as-and-when you need to.

​

Therapy: Free for 5 sessions, then £20/session.

​

Riding: Funded riding is currently paused as we are at capacity.

"Healing Strides"

​

Funded by The National Lottery Awards for All.

​

Open to any adults age 18+ who are living in Lincolnshire and have suffered a life altering event that has worsened their mental health.

​

Aims to provide accessibly Equine Assisted Psychological Therapy to support those experiencing difficulties such as bereavement, trauma, ADHD/ASD diagnosis, chronic illness, and so on.

​

You will need to commit to weekly or fortnightly sessions.

​

Takes place with Emma, a qualified and experienced counsellor.

​​

There is no cost for this project.

 

Services outside of the project, such as Therapeutic Riding and IEMT, will have a cost attached.

​

Both projects are accessed via a 50 minute initial assessment that is free and can be booked using the link below.

During the assessment, we hope to help you feel comfortable at Hope Meadows and decide whether this support is right for you.

If you decide to go ahead, you will be advised which project you are able to access. This may mean you see a different therapist following the assessment session.
